It is a violation of our copyright & intellectual property laws to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted. Copyright also extends to any copyright works produced by the studio including artwork, content, graphics, illustrations and shop items.


All items that are bespoke in nature are a final sale. Refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases will not be available. 
Refunds will be issued in accordance with NSW fair trading guidelines if your product is:
 - Deemed Faulty
- Significantly not as described 

Please note that with the handmade nature of calligraphy there will be artistic differences between products and writing styles. Each word will appear different when hand written and will not be deemed significantly not as described. 


Please take note of the specified delivery times for pre order items or bespoke items as listed in the purchase description. Your item will ship as specified in our turn around time. 

All our orders ship from Sydney NSW, Australia. 

As a guide our shipping turnaround times are as follows,

EXPRESS via Australia post - NEXT business day from your shipping date (please take note of our turnaround times or preorder dates.
STANDARD via Australia post - 5-7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

Calligraphy en Vogue uses a Australia Post or Courier services depending on the nature of your purchase. We will supply you with tracking details for your parcel. 
Calligraphy en Vogue does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels and all shipping concerns are to be directed to the company we have engaged to deliver your parcel. 
Once we have shipped your order Calligraphy en Vogue is not responsible for shipping times. Please allow extra time for shipping during busy holiday periods.
We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email. 


All items will be personalised in accordance with the information supplied by the customer at the check out. Please ensure the correct spelling, punctuation and grammar when specify the personalisation of your products. You will be advised if we need to send you a questionaire before completing you order. 
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of supplying the incorrect information at checkout
If you have made a mistake with your order please notify Calligraphy en Vogue on as soon as possible and we will happily amend your order provided that the personalisation has not already been placed.
